Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you have read and acknowledge my TOS.

 

•  Payment must be sent through Paypal in USD only. 

•  I will only start after receiving payment

•  No Payment Plans

•  There will be no refund after sketch confirmation

•  I can decline/accept your commission request

•  Must need proper references. I will NOT draw from real life people/objects/etc

•  Please give me a reasonable deadline if you need your commission asap! (rush fees will be included) 

•  Feel free to ask me about your commission status but please do not rush me, I have poor health and complications may arise. (may take longer than 3 months)

•  Commercial use is prohibited. (unless Vtuber design!) 

•  Commissioner is allowed to repost the art and use it for personal use only, and only with credits properly given.  

• As the Artist I retain full rights to the artwork.

• You will be sent screenshots of WIPs. You are limited to 3 edits during the sketch/rough color placement otherwise no major changes that will affect the overall piece once it is in its final stages.  

• Commissioners who do not follow the rules will get blacklisted and future requests will be declined.
